Meet the Staff

  • Karen Sandoval Aguirre, Office Manager

Karen Sandoval joined us in December of 2015. Karen began her career with Mid-Atlantic Spinal Rehab as a front desk administrator. She then expanded her role into Patient Care Coordinator for the office. This means that she oversaw the front desk and made sure that we were able to verify insurance benefits prior to patient appointments and that we were able to pre-certify care for patients in need.

Karen's role in the company has changed and she will function as our office manager beginning in January of 2018. Her primary role will be to run the day to day operations of the clinic and to handle the training of all office staff. She enjoys going the extra mile for patients and says that no job is too big or too small for her to take on in the office. Karen is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Karen graduated from Franklin High School in 2011. She has held several different jobs prior to joining our team. She has worked at ABC Party and Tent Rentals as a front-end manager and has worked for a personal injury attorney representing injured claimants. She is very knowledgeable about the process of recovering from injuries and can answer just about any question you may have about your Baltimore auto accident injuries as well as how to go about opening a no-fault PIP claim if you've been injured in a Baltimore auto accident.

When she is not working, Karen enjoys hanging out with her brother, spending time with her dog, Sol, dancing, and listening to music all day. We are excited to have Karen as our new office manager and we look forward to her contributions for many years to come.

  • Vanessa Morris, Relationship Manager - Business Development

Vanessa Morris joined the team at Mid-Atlantic Spinal Rehab & Chiropractic in June of 2015 to serve as the office manager for the practice as it expanded. Prior to working with us she was the office manager for a prestigious pain management group in Baltimore city. Vanessa has a long history working in the medical field, also having worked for general surgical and plastic surgery offices in the past.

Vanessa's role with the company has shifted in the past several years. Her sole job function has now become the role of relationship manager. Her primary job task is to help establish and maintain relationships in the community with medical offices, legal offices, and other business leaders. She enjoys her job because she gets to do what she does best - talk about the benefits of non-surgical chiropractic care! She makes sure that our patients are happy and that the staff has everything they need to serve our patients.

When she is not at work Vanessa lives in Carroll County with her husband and two children. On the weekends you can find her on the sidelines at her son's football and lacrosse games.

  • Taylor Bradshaw, Medical Marketing Liaison

Taylor joined the team in the Summer of 2018 in order to lead the sales and marketing efforts in the medical referral community. Prior to working with Mid-Atlantic Spinal Rehab, she was working as a medical liaison for the largest pain management group on the East Coast, working alongside five centers in the Baltimore and DC Metropolitan areas. She helped to grow and to sustain valuable relationships with medical practices ranging from primary and urgent care centers, to orthopedic surgeons and hospital systems alike.

Taylor’s role as the medical marketing liaison with Mid-Atlantic Spinal Rehab is to share the benefits of chiropractic care with medical physicians and staff by educating them on the therapeutic, holistic and medical treatment options that Mid-Atlantic Spinal Rehab can provide for their patients.

Taylor graduated from Towson University in 2013 with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising. She currently lives in Canton with her adorable rescue dog named Camden. She enjoys the Baltimore night life, playing on a kickball team with friends, and being at the beach with family.
